Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Classic Tees. We are committed to producing and delivering high-quality custom apparel as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to production and processing before shipment.

Because many of our products are custom-made, production time is separate from shipping time.

Order processing may include:

  • Artwork review and approval
  • Design preparation
  • Garment sourcing
  • Printing or embroidery
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging

Orders are not considered finalized until all required artwork, approvals, and payment have been received.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with reputable shipping carriers, which may include:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Purolator
  • DHL
  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, shipping speed, package size, and availability.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

Once an order has shipped, estimated transit times may include:

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–5 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–6 business days

International Orders

  • Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries if required.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect shipping information is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Returned packages may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment

Classic Tees is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak holiday volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Classic Tees is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable due to carrier delays.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate next steps.

Stolen Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Classic Tees is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.
  2. Take photographs of the damage.
  3. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, large orders or orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless agreed upon in advance.


10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any other government-imposed charges

Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delivery delays beyond our control.


11. Delivery Dates

Any estimated delivery dates provided by Classic Tees are estimates only.

While we make every effort to meet requested deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Customers ordering for events, graduations, reunions, fundraisers, sports teams, or other time-sensitive occasions are encouraged to place orders well in advance.

If you require your order by a specific date, you must notify Classic Tees before placing your order. Failure to communicate a required delivery date may affect our ability to accommodate time-sensitive requests.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to an incorrect address
  • Returned as undeliverable

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipment fees

Any refund issued may be reduced by shipping and carrier-related expenses incurred.
